CRM - CompuMax
The company CompuMax (supplier of technological solutions) needed a tool, in which they could keep a real-time control over the guarantees of the products provided to their customers, as well as a record of the visits made to them.
Before Brocsoft was hired to develop a solution to this problem, they made such records on paper, so it was difficult to search and sort the information, and duplicate records were kept.
In conjunction with CompuMax, a web platform was developed in which Compumax can register any product delivered and maintain a history about it (Warranties, claims history, etc.), as well as record each visit made to each customer, with a specific comment on it.
Having the web tool, they can enter from any device with an internet connection (Smartphone, Tablet, pc, etc.) and stop using the paper register. This meant that they could organize their management process, while maintaining a reliable record of the work done.
The system has allowed them to optimize their time in data processing and keep everything tidy without the need to use paper, which allows them to devote time to other areas of the company.
