Product Release Reporting System - British American Tobacco
In January 2021, BAT launched a new product in Uruguay. To do this, they needed a web platform that would allow them to generate reports on the actions of B2B Marketing and Trade Marketing.
In previous years, they performed this process through an Excel. For this reason, having metrics of each activity was a tedious process since everything had to be done by hand and then send, in a corresponding way, such reports to the subsidiary in Paraguay.
Over a period of 3 months, Brocsoft was hired to understand the problem, the institution and design an optimal solution for the problem and achieve a minimum viable product.
This system, based on customizable forms without the need of a programmer, manages to automate the entire process of obtaining metrics, and also allows the managers of each group of promoters to report on the activities without having to be with a PC and in a quick and easy way.
System allowed them to carry out a thorough control of their points of sale and their sales methods, as well as to have a real-time traceability on specific marketing actions to promote their products.
